We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Items returned in damaged, altered, or used condition may not be accepted.
Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. LYCERA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Product Variations
Due to the manufacturing process, slight variations may occur between individual pieces.
These may include slight variations in length (±0.5 cm), weight (±5%), stone placement, polishing, finishing, or plating tone.
Color differences may also occur due to lighting conditions, photography, or screen display settings.
These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
LYCERA reserves the right to request additional information, photos, or videos to verify any return, damage, or warranty claim before approval.
Once verified, we will provide one-time free replacement for the same item. Refunds are not provided for defective items.

To maintain the quality of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under warranty.
All warranty claims must be submitted for review before approval. We reserve the right to determine whether the item qualifies for a warranty replacement.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, LYCERA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
